Our client is a Saudi Service company with over 20 years of knowledge and experience in the industry. The company takes pride in being an all-inclusive integrated business support and service provider. All the in-house professionals have comprehensive knowledge of government legislation and regulatory general practices of Saudi Arabia.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Sales, Marketing & Business Development


  • Growing existing business with clients.
  • Identifying new business opportunities.
  • Boost company growth (client base) in the IT field.
  • Market research using field-based activity, media, industry sources, referrals, and the full range of online information to find new leads/customers.
  • Present the full range of services to customers and influencing parties using appropriate methods and with clear communication of the company value propositions.
  • Understand customers’ needs to provide the best value and service
  • Developing new prospects from the IT field
  • Enter data, manage update information in a timely manner on the CRM
  • Contributes to marketing initiatives including the development and execution of materials, presentations, campaigns etc.
  • Continuously build business pipeline and provide sales forecasts.
  • Submit sales reports and build a business plan for the next 6-12 months
  • Clarify return on investment for sales initiatives
  • Time management and territory management.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Expected industry experience in sales for a minimum of 5-8 years.
  • Proficient in the entire project lifecycle.
  • Has good client base, connections, and experience in the IT Field to be able to attract clients.
  • Relevant academic and professional qualifications. 


BEHAVIORAL FIT

  • Must be able to build a business plan on your own in order to create an overview of expected sales
  • Must be willing to utilize technology for efficiency, productivity, and transparency.
  • Positive attitude and salesperson by heart
  • Must actively participate in the development of the company’s corporate culture.
