Job Summary

Internal sales support professionals are good communicators who adapt to the changing needs of customers and provide creative solutions to complaints and concerns. Data entry skills and attention to detail are also important.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Help customers select products based on the customers' needs, product specifications, and interests.
  • Emphasize product features based on analyses of demand, product knowledge, capabilities and limitations.
  • Respond to customers' requests for pricing, availability, and product uses and creative ideas, and samples.
  • Prepare quotations according to bid specifications, with accurate configurations.
  • Coordinate order flow with production, logistics, legal and finance in ensuring a smooth flow meet customer due dates.
  • Follow up with customers to make sure they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns.
  • Support sales efforts such as attending an exhibit if necessary.
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
  • Keep management informed of activity, including timely correspondence through emails and calls.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Mapping of specified accounts on Salesforce
  • Recording and managing of the lead management campaigns on Salesforce.
  • Compliance: Ensure Compliance process is applied on the third parties and coordinate with Legal Department
  • Salesfoce.com: Ensuring that the Platform is updated and maintained in terms of Data.
  • Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications.


Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Quantity Surveyor BackgroundWork experience of 0-2 years
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-Starter
